日本では「日本史」が必修でない事を最近知り、唖然としました。
確かに、事柄の羅列や暗記という批判もありますが、参政権・女性の権利・自由民権、そして戦争等。
様々な歴史を通して、今があるわけですし、そこから学んだ事を
未来にどう活かすかを考えていかなくてはいけません。
今回の記事のように、有名人が生の声で、歴史の言葉を語らう機会はとても重要だと思います。
さらに、こうした記事が外部Blogで綴られ、様々な人の記憶に刷り込まれる。
これぞ外部Blog＝現代かわら版の持つ力ですね。

この企画、すごいでしょ！ブログ休憩中にいろいろな進展があって、早く書きたくてウズウズしていたんです。予告編が完成してほんとに嬉しいです。テレビのミニシリーズになる予定のようですが、実はまだはっきりと放映が決まったわけではないみたいです。でもこれは本当に大事な物語だと思います。ほんとですよねAirさん、歴史から学ばなかったら人類はいつまでたっても進歩しないもの。
